Summary & Additional Details for 2015
2015 was a year of confusion for me. My mother, who had owned the home where Chris, myself, and my daughter were living, sold the home for unknown reasons. So as my daughter was preparing for her first year in college, and without any police or FBI investigation being done into my complaints of surveillance in our home, we all had to move.
In August 2014 my daughter moved to an apartment on the Portland State University, and Chris and I were relocated to a studio apartment - a move I expected would be temporary, as I believed the criminal situation we were in would be resolved. At this point I knew the federal government was aware of the situation, but I did not understand that they were complicit, and I definitely did not understand that they were operating the conspiracy. The community at large, while never directly admitting that anything at all was amiss, went to great lengths to nonverbally communicate, en masse, this idea that a resolution was in progress and I simply needed to sit still and allow the changes to be made. While this didn't sit right with me, not the least because of the lack of direct communication and therefore the lack of an accountability mechanism, over time I became self-conscious as the idea was relayed to me over and over that somehow I, and my attempts to restitution, was the problem. These ideas were not just communicated by the community at large, but they were conveyed through media and most importantly, through family, especially Chris' family. In short, it was the federal government and our immediate families from whom I least expected criminal deceit and betrayal.
While I acquiesced to many of the demands placed on me, being as I had little other option and because I did not want to appear uncooperative, I did continue to write letters attempting to convey the seriousness of the situation, and asking for a speedy resolution. By my perspective, the most important letters I wrote in 2015 was the email to President Obama, and the letter to Governor Kate Brown which was cc'd to the United States Attorney General Eric Holder, to California Senator Dianne Feinstein, and to Oregon Senator Ron Wyden. I chose to include these two senators because some of the incidents that happened to me happened in northern California, while others happened in Oregon, and because both of these Senators had a history on intelligence committees and the signs were pointing to intelligence activities of some sort being involved.
Of all the letters I wrote over the years, almost none received any response, and of those that did receive a response, almost all responses were single-paragraph boilerplate unsigned denials. The letter to President Obama was an exception, and in some ways, so was the letter to Governor Brown. President Obama did respond with what appeared to be a personalized or semi-personalized but cryptic email, thanking me for my "kind words" and thanking me also for being part of the "fight against cynicism" - a phrase that has puzzled me for years. This email later vanished from my Gmail archive, before I understood that there was a pattern of evidence was being deleted.
No one responded in writing to the letter to Governor Brown, but the Governor herself made an appearance at a visit to my doctor's office, incognito, behaving strangely. The likely date of the Governor's appearance at OHSU Richmond Family Clinic was April 1, 2015. Records around her activities on that day appear to have been altered, creating additional confusion. I suspect that records of Governor Brown's activities on April 1, 2015 and May 1, 2015 have been juxtaposed.
So, since the emails to & from Obama are no longer available, I consider the letter to Governor Brown, AG Eric Holder, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Sen. Ron Wyden, to be the most significant of the year. It is one of the most detailed documents I have from that time period, detailing my understanding, as it was at that time, of what was occurring, and why it was so important to resolve.
