Advised by FBI that high radioactivity readings was a matter for local police. I called police who said I should email my evidence to Officer Jason Francis. I sent a number of emails with attached photos and videos showing readings over 3,000 CPM and going on for long periods of time. I requested a second Geiger counter and/or dosimeter to confirm whether or not the readings were accurate. Aside from answering the initial phone call, Officer Francis and Portland Police did not respond. No records connected to this were provided response to a document production request for Mult Co Case No 23CV20288.

Mailed a letter to Police Chief Lovell and copied Mayor Wheeler, writing "This constitutes my final attempt to report the death of Christopher Lynn Newman as a murder" and asking for a meeting to be set up with a police officer in which I could "give a full and complete report on the death of Christopher Newman... and hopefully you can open up an investigation." This is because previous attempts to make this report were only accepted by phone, and were avoided and deflected by police. I also described the ongoing problems with wireless biomedical attacks. There was no response to this letter.

Faxed a letter to Multnomah County Attorney General Mike Schmidt asking him to compel Portland Police to investigate the directed energy attacks harming my cat, Roxy.

Filed a report with Portland Police Bureau (T23012435) about biomedical attacks to Roxy. On the advice of the officer who answered the phone, I submitted this report online under "suspicious person." Officer Adrian Ledford followed up with me, asking for evidence. I put photos, video, and narrative information onto a flash drive which I left for him at the Central Precinct on April 29. Officer Ledford said that police do not have a bug detector, and that he saw "no crime" and refused to follow up further.

Mailed letter to Portland Police Chief Lovell asking him to compel Portland Police to investigate torture of Roxy. "ORS 133.379 states: "It shall be the duty of any peace officer to arrest and prosecute any violator of ORS 167.315 (Animal abuse in the second degree) to 167.333" (Oregon case law interprets the word "shall" as a mandate.)"

As part of the discovery process for Mult Co Case No 23CV20288 against the City of Portland, I requested information from the FBI via a Touhy letter and subpoena duces tecum. Neither the FBI nor the United States Attorney responded to letter, or the subpoena, or the follow up letter. Unfortunately, since this case was being litigated in an Oregon court, rather than a federal court, I didn't have a readily available path to compel the FBI to respond.

Made a follow up phone call on Nov 27, 2023 in which FBI agent appeared to pull up records on me, indicating that either because of how many reports I've filed, or what I've said in the reports (something about CIA?), the FBI would not follow up. The agent was unwilling to give detailed information about this.

FBI tip line, and letter: "I am really at a loss as to how to get help from law enforcement for what clearly appears to be wireless biomedical torture suffered by my cat Roxy. This is incredibly distressing to me, and I want to get help for her immediately."

Follow up with FBI on my reports of biomedical implant in crown and in jaw which (I told them) can be used to cause cancer - that my father now has cancer of the jaw.

Call FBI office number to ask why FBI never follows up on my reports.
