Meyer v. Willamette Dental Group, P.C., et al.

Narrative

Filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court in December 2022, this action targeted a coordinated effort by ten named dental providers to facilitate and conceal the placement of bioelectronic transducers within dental hardware.

The primary allegations included medical battery, deceit, and conspiracy. The litigation sought to uncover the technical specifications of the devices identified in radiographs—specifically those located in the vicinity of Tooth 14.

At the time of filing, I was concerned about statuate of limitation issues. Since that time, it's become very clear that these crimes are part of a continuing conspiracy; one which has included concealment and fraud.

Prior to discovery, the case was dismissed on summary judgment, largely because dentists consolidated efforts to support each other, and in my opinion, because officers of the courts, including judges, are also beneficiaries of the conspiracy, and are intimidated by the idea of standing against a criminal underground with so much power and so little accountability.

I was not permitted to amend my complaint.

In my opinion, both the opposing counsel and the judge knew that my complaint was valid and truthful. I believe they all had a vested interest in the outcome of my case - though maybe not the way they thought.

On request, I can provide a full case file to journalists or attorneys with an interest in this case or the associated criminal activity.

I'm aware both of the absurdity of trying to self-litigate a case like this, as well as the absurdity that I woud even have to address something this obviously criminal in civil court, not to mention the absurdity of how all these dentists deny what appears to me to be the obvious source of problems in my mouth.
